Meet Pastor Levi

Pastor Levi Powers has been part of our St. James family since March 2024. He's married to Kat Steinly, who pastors Zion Lutheran Church in Oldwick, NJ. Together, with their pet cockatiel Elgort, they enjoy exploring life and faith.

Pastor Levi has served congregations across Wyoming and Nebraska. A 2019 graduate of the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, he is dedicated to sharing God's message of forgiveness and love.

He grew up in rural Wisconsin and loves reading, theology, birds, and music. He and Kat enjoy traveling, movies, and walks. He is passionate about teaching and connecting with our community. We'd love for you to meet him over coffee.
